THE SIGNIFICANCE

The Christian festivity of Easter changes date every year; it is fixed on a Sunday after the first full moon following the Spring equinox ( on March 21st ). This system was finally fixed in the fourth century. In the Catholic Church, the date of Easter is to be found between March 22nd  and April 25th .
Actually, if March 21st  is a full moon and it is a Saturday, the following day will be Easter ( March 22nd ). If instead it is a Sunday, the day of Easter will be the following Sunday (March 28th ).
On the other hand, if the full moon happens on March 20th , the next one will occur on April 18th , and if by chance this day were a Sunday, one should wait until the next Sunday, that is April 25th  .
