Booking through our official website means you will find the best guaranteed rate!

If you find a cheaper price on the web, within 24 hours of your having made the booking, we will match that price, and that's not all -  we will discount it by 10%.

This is how the Best Guaranteed Programme works:

• Book your room through our official website.
• If you find a lower price on the web, within 24 hours of the date of your booking, in line with our Terms and Conditions, then send us your details with the appropriate form for requesting the Best Guaranteed Rate (CLAIM FORM), attaching a screenshot (press the PrtScr key then paste) of the site on which you found the better rate.
• We will carefully evaluate the information you send us and send you our response within two working days.
• If your application is successful then the TOP Hotel Park will email you a confirmation of the new booking with the new price that matches the best rate with a discount of 10%. This will replace your original booking.
• If your application is unsuccessful the TOP Hotel Park will send you an email explaining why.

• Same length of stay;
