- What time must the room be left free?
Departing guests must leave the room by 12:00; may that not be possible please inform the reception that will communicate any additional price for the departure after that time.
- AAt my arrival, by what time may I enter my room?
The room will be available to our guests as soon as possible and no later than 14:00 on the day of arrival.
- Is it safe to book on-line with a credit card?
YES - DATA TRANSMISSION OF CREDIT CARD IS PROTECTED BY SSL 3.0, RC4 128-bit encryption (High); exchange RSA 2048-bit Best Hotel Park does not make any final charge to your credit card. The payment will be made at the hotel in cash, bancomat or credit card. The credit card information is sent as a guarantee for your reservation. Any objections will be made only in case of cancellation beyond the terms specified in the reservation process and / or in the event of a non-refundable special rate. The TOP Hotel Park Bologna also reserves for itself the right to prove the validity of the credit card conducting a trial on the charge of the first night, which, if successful, will be reversed immediately.
- Is it possible to book on-line without a credit card?
YES - by choosing the tariff called "RATE TO BE BOOKED WITHOUT A CREDIT CARD". This rate is accessible to anyone and gives right to a reservation guaranteed until 18:00 on day of arrival. If by that time the customer has not arrived at the hotel yet, the reservation will be automatically cancelled without charge.
- Do you accept any pets?
YES – The Top Hotel Park is pleased to host your small pets; please announce their presence at the time of booking.
- Is it possible to get connected to the Internet?
YES - At the TOP Hotel Park Bologna, you can get connected to a WI- FI fee in every room and common area of the hotel. The charges are: € 17.00 for 24 hours of use. More information will be provided by our receptionist.
- Is there a shuttle service from / to the airport?
YES - At any request of our customers we book taxi and car rentals.
- Is there a shuttle service to / from the fair?
YES - The free shuttle service is at disposal of our guests at any time coinciding with the major fair exhibitions. Details can directly be obtained at the hotel.
- Where can I park my car?
Our hotel has its own garage and a parking lot. The service is free. We inform customers that both the parking garage and the free parking are not guarded.
- May I leave my luggage in storage at the hotel?
YES - Upon request, the luggage can be kept in storage until the time of withdrawal.
- What time is breakfast served?
In our hotel you can enjoy a full breakfast buffet from 07.00 to 10.30. Room service breakfast until 11:30.
- What are the restaurant times
You can enjoy a meal at our restaurant "La Buarì" at these times: Lunch: 12:30 / 14:30 --- Dinner 19:30 / 23:00.
- What are the opening times of the pool and in which periods of the year is it available?
The opening times of the pool are from 10:00 am to 19:00. It is an open-air swimming pool and it is available every year from June 10th to August 31st. The service is completely free for guests staying at the hotel.
- How to cancel a reservation?
If a reservation has been made ON-LINE you must cancel it on-line by entering the reservation code received via e-mail at the time of confirmation. A reservation made on-line will be cleared on-line. Reservations made by choosing the NON-REFUNDABLE fee, which represents the "Best Rate Guaranteed", cannot be cancelled. A reservation made OFF-LINE at our reservations' office or at a Travel Agency can be changed or cancelled only by using the same channels. Any change of a stay announced after one's arrival will be charged for a night or an entire stay depending on the agreements reached earlier.
- Is it possible to cancel an on-line reservation?
YES – if we receive the cancellation within the time specified in the booking process. These terms are always reported during the reservation process of which you receive confirmation via e-mail. The system always asks the customer the acceptance of these terms in order to complete the reservation and make it valid. In case of late cancellation (over the time limits specified at the time of booking), the non-arrival or early departure will be charged a penalty already agreed (specified both during the booking process and at the time of the e-mail confirmation) .
