Guests leaving the hotel must vacate their room no latter than midday. If this is not possible they should advise reception, who will inform them of any supplements that may be payable for leaving the room after this time.

Payment is due once you are in the hotel using cash, ATM or credit card. The credit card details are only requested in order to guarantee the booking. Charges will only be incurred if there is a cancellation which is outside of the terms specified in the booking procedure and/or in case of a special rate, NON REFUNDABLE booking. The TOP Hotel Park Bologna also reserves the right to check the validity of a credit card by carrying out a test transaction and debiting the equivalent value of the cost of the first night. If this test transaction is successful the amount will be immediately refunded.
YES – by selecting the “Friendly Rate”. This rate is available to everyone and offers the possibility of a booking that is guaranteed up to 6.00 pm on the day of arrival. If a client fails to turn up at the hotel by this time the booking will automatically be cancelled and no charge will be incurred.

The swimming pool opening times are: From 10.00 am to 7.00 pm. Because it is a summer pool and it is uncovered it is usable from June 10 to August 31 of every year. The service is totally free for anyone staying at the hotel.
If a booking has been made ON LINE, then it must be cancelled on line by entering the booking code received by email at the moment of confirmation. On line bookings must be cancelled on line. Bookings made using the NON-REFUNDABLE rate, which represents the “Best Guaranteed Rate”, CANNOT BE CANCELLED. OFF LINE bookings made at our reservations office or via a travel agency can only be altered or cancelled using these same channels. Any changes to the period of stay that are advised following your arrival will result in the equivalent of one night or the entire stay being charged in accordance with the previously stated agreements.
YES – If the cancellation reaches us within the deadline indicated in the booking procedure. These deadlines are always made clear when booking and in the confirmation email. Furthermore, the system used for completing the booking always asks clients to accept said conditions. Late cancellations (made after the deadline date indicated at the time of booking), failure to show or early departure will incur a penalty already agreed upon (this will have been specified at the moment of booking as well as in the confirmation email).
