The La Buarì restaurant is the place to sample both international dishes as well as Bologna's local specialities -tortellini (ring-shaped pasta parcel with a savoury filling), tagliatelle in a ragù meat sauce and culatello ham. We always serve top-quality produce.
You may wish to have a glass of wine with your meal, choosing from the lively flavours of the Sicilian reds, the sparkling wines of Veneto, the full-bodied Tuscan wines or the robust reds of Piedmont.
